This cast polyurethane traction wheel is used on Dematic conveyor modules where a grippy, resilient contact surface is needed—most commonly on drive/return pulley assemblies and compact traction/transfer stations. The PU ring helps prevent slip, dampens chatter, and reduces the “hard plastic on metal” noise you get as components wear. Replace by matching OD, width, ID, and bolt pattern to the wheel you’re removing so belt tracking and alignment stay the same.
