Soft rubber return wheel used on belt conveyor return sections to cut rattle and reduce running noise.
This return wheel installs on the return side of belt conveyors where the belt rides back under the frame. The soft rubber running surface helps damp vibration and chatter that can show up when return components wear or when a line runs light product. Common in food processing conveyors where operators want quieter operation at the return and fewer “hard contact” noise points. Replace by matching OD, width, and bore to the wheel you’re pulling off.
