SpanTech Carbon-Fiber Roller — 2.50" OD x 18.00" BF, Hex Shaft Ends (Drop-In)
Lightweight carbon-fiber conveyor roller for SpanTech lanes where reduced inertia helps start/stop response and lowers drive load.
Carbon-fiber roller used on SpanTech conveyor sections to reduce rotating mass in high-cycle zones such as accumulation, metering, and indexing. The lighter roller body helps the line respond faster during frequent starts and stops while reducing overall drive load compared to steel rollers. Hex shaft ends provide a straightforward drop-in fit on common SpanTech roller frames and brackets. Replace by matching outside diameter, between-frame width (BF), and shaft-end style to maintain conveyor geometry and tracking.
